Under the direction of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Human Resources, the Case Supervisor is responsible for implementing client treatment plans through the guidance of funding entities, by providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children or adults diagnosed with a developmental disability. The Case Supervisor & Corporate Trainer is responsible for supervising Behavior Technicians (BT) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and supporting them with utilizing ABA techniques and applying them to increase the client’s skill deficits or manage problem behavior. The Case Supervisor is responsible for establishing timelines for realistic growth opportunities in the areas of behavior management, communication skills, community use, functional academics, functional pre-academics, home living skills, leisure exploration, self-care skills, self-direction, social skills, and vocational skills. Hours are not guaranteed and based off client needs. 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:
• Supervise Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plan for clients on caseload, including the management of Behavior Technicians; Provide regular performance feedback to Behavior Technicians supervised related to their strengths and areas for improvement, work with Behavior Technicians to set goals for professional development; conduct formal performance reviews of direct reports, under the guidance of BCBA
• Schedules and attend regular home visits with Behavior Technician to review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, chart progress and provide parent training; Coordinate visits to overlap with Behavior Technician to observe session and provide coaching and clinical support in all settings where services is provided
• Regularly analyzes session data and reviews documentation submitted by Behavior Technicians such as session notes; updates individualized programs to ensure that they reflect
• Design and supervise individual ABA treatment programs for caseload, in natural settings – in-home, out in the community, in schools and within other peer-social contexts
• Plans and leads treatment plan review meetings with family. Address program delivery with families: including parent coaching to support the treatment plan, challenges with implementation, parent participation, scheduling, and work environment as necessary
• Conduct initial assessment and provide progress reports every 6 months to generate treatment plans and assessment reports
• Manage the performance of direct reports. Work directly with BCBA to implement support/development plans and/or formal corrective action when necessary
• Responsible for meeting billable hour requirements set forth in annual budget and for providing efficient and effective service in all areas of performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of billable tasks that meets the requirements of regulatory agencies and funding sources and is HIPAA compliant.
• Track direct and indirect client sessions to ensure that services are provided to the full extent of the authorization for each client.
• Maintains up to date files for all clients assigned.
• Cover sessions, as needed
• Must attend staff meetings, training, and other meetings as requested
• Responsible to complete additional job duties as assigned by management
• Attaining and achieving position competencies in relation to role responsibilities
• Provide recommendations for hiring firing, advancement, promotion and demotion of employees
• Train onboarding employees; communicate training needs and online resources
• Assess training needs and conceptualize training materials based on data and research
• Consult with other trainers and management
• Collaborate with other trainers and communicate training needs to Executive & Clinical Team
• Increase company’s productivity by teaching new skills and knowledge to employees

Qualifications

• Ability to be creative, proactive and sensitive in solving problem and complex issues
• Ability to read and write English
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification
• Valid class "C" Driver's License; Valid Auto Insurance

EDUCATION:
• MA/MS required in Special Education, ABA or a related field; at least 3 year of supervisory experience in ABA
• BCBA Certification or enrollment in BCBA program
