CAREER OPPORTUNITYCASE REVIEW SPECIALIST

A reputable, fast-growing law firm practicing employment law is seeking to fill full-time Case Review Specialists in its Pasadena office as detailed below.

Title: Case Review Specialist (on-site, not remote)

Location: Pasadena, CA

Hours: Full-Time / 40 Hours Per Week (Monday through Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm)

Starting Pay: $30 per hour

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree; Office Work Experience.

Experience / Training: Prior law office experience is a plus but not required if the candidate possesses the right analytical and critical thinking skills. Training will be provided.

Benefits: We provide benefits to full-time employees after a 90-day probational period including

health, dental and vision benefits, paid vacation, paid holidays, 401K among other perks.

Responsibilities:

  •  Review and analyze documents / information collected from prospective clients,
  •  Summarize important details from documents,
  •  Use analytical skills to connect important facts to one another,
  •  Research defendants and lawsuits,
  •  Work closely with attorneys to provide case support,
  •  Other similar duties as necessary

General Skills Required: Great analytical skills; great critical thinking skills; great ability to read

and comprehend facts/text; attention to detail; good note-taking skills, professional attitude,

honesty, good written communication, dependable, ability to follow instructions, computer savvy,

good typing skills, multi-tasking.

Computer Skills Preferred: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Email / Calendar / Planner, Adobe

Acrobat, Apple Operating System.

Language Skills: Fluent in English (spoken & written).
