Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Case Assistant to join Fire Damages team. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who takes direction well but is also not afraid to seek clarification and ask questions when appropriate. Exercising sound discretion and judgment are imperative as there will be a lot of direct contact with clients, many of whom are under tremendous stress and may feel overwhelmed.

This will be an onsite position located in our Pasadena office.

SALARY: $25.00-$27.00 per hour

Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.

JOB DUTIES:

· Successful candidates will be skilled communicators and able to empathize with clients while gathering necessary information.

· Case assistants must be detail oriented and organized, professional, reliable, and capable of multitasking and managing several time-critical projects under tight deadlines.

· Management of electronic information, document management, and document review.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

· Experience in case management software programs, preferably FileVine.

· Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Suite products including: Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint

· A successful candidate will be detail oriented and organized, be a team player, be reliable, and capable of multitasking and managing several time-critical projects under tight deadlines.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

· Bachelor's Degree.
