Job Summary:

The Carrier Sales Executive position is a sales overlay role partnering with our Client Success team. The focus is on driving carrier revenue with our existing Mobile Solutions clients (and prospective new clients). The role is client-facing when needed and plays a critical part in maximizing carrier revenue while maintaining compliance and process discipline. 

Location: Remote, must be located in the Denver-Metro area of Colorado or the Los Angeles area of California. 

Essential Functions / Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Submit and manage deal registrations with Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile
  • Serve as the primary interface with carrier channel managers
  • When necessary, coordinate with carrier account teams on deal execution
  • Obtain client authorization when required for carrier approvals
  • Lead pricing and sales strategy for carrier activations and device upgrade refreshes
  • Recommend the best commercial path to clients based on carrier pricing, promotions, network performance, and customer support requirements.
  • Use device recycling, accessories, and staging/kitting services selectively to improve deal economics
  • Support existing clients and assist on new opportunities when already engaged

Key Metrics:

  • Incremental new carrier commission revenue generated on activations and upgrades

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Expert-level knowledge of U.S. wireless carrier pricing, promotions, and processes (VZ, AT&T,  or T-Mobile)
  • Experience with deal registration processes with carriers
  • Comfort communicating with clients and explaining tradeoffs
  • Strong written communication for deal summaries and requesting deal registration approvals
  • High attention to detail and process discipline
  • Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines simultaneously
  • Professional relationship management with carrier and client stakeholders

 Employment Type: Full-Time

 FLSA Status: US Exempt

 Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

 Compensation & Benefits:

  • Mobile Solutions offers a comprehensive health, dental and vision benefits package.

  • Compensation Range: OTE $140,000 - $150,000 (50/50 split)
