Quality assurance (QA) plays a vital role in ensuring that a product, service, or process meets specified standards and expectations. As a Card & Connected Commerce Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be a key player in our first line of defense (FLOD), responsible for conducting accurate and timely testing of marketing creative copy materials submitted by our Card and Connected Commerce business partners. Your testing efforts will support our partner business areas by contributing to the delivery of reliable, consistent, and clear testing results, showcasing their success at adhering to various regulatory requirements, guidelines, and targeted processes.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of professional experience involving Quality Reviews (QA/QC), Business Controls, Regulatory Compliance, Risk, Audit, or similar analytically focused tasks.
- Bachelor's degree and/or CRCM (Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) preferred.
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking capabilities with sharp attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, across multiple business areas and at various business levels.
- Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative in identifying tasks and maintaining focus to achieve objectives.
- Capable of discussing differing opinions while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize procedures, job aids, training, and available resources to effectively execute tasks and resolve issues.
- Regulatory compliance knowledge of consumer-focused regulations related to marketing and digital media channels is a plus.
