Capital Associate Program (CAP) – Summer Internship

CAP is an opportunity for early-career individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences to learn and contribute to this mission by gaining direct exposure to investment management. The CAP Summer Internship is a highly selective 10-week program with cohorts in Los Angeles, London, and Singapore. As a summer associate, you’ll work on an independent project that addresses our current investment environment and/or strategies while receiving coaching and mentorship.

The CAP Summer Internship offers you:

Who should apply?
 

December 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027 undergraduate or master’s students (non-MBA) are invited to apply. When we hire for CAP, we look for potential. We’re interested in:

  • Highly curious, analytical, and critical thinkers with demonstrated interest in investing. 
  • Ability and ambition to learn quickly and grow from experiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate well with others.

Southern California Base Hourly Rate: $38 / hour

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
