Campus Recruiter (Remote or Hybrid)The Talent Acquisition Partner II (Campus Recruiter) will be focused on building and supporting our campus recruiting strategy. You will be responsible for managing multiple phases of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offers. The Talent Acquisition Partner II (Campus Recruiter) will foster excellent relationships with Colleges/Universities, internal leaders and partners and students.
Essential Functions
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, acting as the primary point of contact for early career candidates, ensuring a seamless experience
Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define needs, build robust talent pipelines, and shape hiring strategies
Build and maintain productive relationships with external university career services, alumni organizations, student organizations and diversity groups to increase brand visibility and build relationships with students
Manage the planning and execution of on-campus recruiting events - including career fairs, info sessions, company presentations, and networking events
Advise and influence hiring strategies and decisions by staying informed on industry and technology trends and the competitive hiring landscapes
Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques and provide subject matter expertise in the area of University/Campus talent acquisition
Create strong and trusting relationships with all cross-functional partners
Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and overall process
Manage and track all candidate and campus information, consolidate and analyze results and make recommendations for improvements
Partner with Handshake to leverage the platform for talent attraction
Travel to local and national recruiting and industry events (Travel will average approximately 20% - most travel is seasonal based on campus recruiting events)
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
2 Years – relevant experience recruiting for manufacturing, agency, or in house corporate recruiting
*experience may include a combination of work experience and education
Preferred Qualifications:
4 Years – relevant experience recruiting for manufacturing, agency, or in house corporate recruiting
Experience in corporate, industrial, manufacturing, engineering and/or supply chain recruiting
Experience transforming data into insights to develop actionable plans
*experience may include a combination of work experience and education

Strong understanding of the campus recruiting lifecycle and hiring processes
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Passion for engaging with and hiring early in careers technical talent
Excellent relationship building skills to form trusted partnerships with candidates, university partners, colleagues, and stake holders at all levels
