Location: Austin, Texas (Hybrid, 1 day per week in the office)
Contract Duration: 8 months (August 2026 - March 2027)
Function: Talent Acquisition - Emerging Talent
As a Campus Recruiter you'll play a key role in attracting and hiring the next generation of talent for Arm. This role focuses on the delivery of full-cycle recruitment for early-career positions while providing operational support for campus engagement and hiring events across the US.
You'll partner closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and the global Emerging Talent team to deliver a seamless, inclusive, and efficient hiring process. You'll also support the execution of campus activities and events that help maintain Arm's presence and brand within key universities and partner organizations.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for intern and graduate roles across multiple business groups.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, advise on recruitment standards, and ensure consistent, inclusive hiring.
  • Collaborate with coordinators to deliver a smooth candidate experience from application to offer and onboarding.
  • Track pipeline progress, maintain accurate data in the ATS, and report hiring metrics and trends to team members.
  • Deliver timely and clear communication with candidates and hiring teams to ensure process clarity and engagement.
  • Support event logistics such as scheduling, ordering materials, shipping, and on-site coordination.
  • Track event participation, feedback, and outcomes to support data-driven evaluation of engagement efforts.

Required Skills and Experience :
  • Experience of full lifecycle of early careers' recruitment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Attention to detail and a data-driven approach to process improvement.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for campus or recruiting events.

Salary Range:
$101,200-$136,900 per year
