What You’ll Do:

As Spotter's advertising business continues to scale, we're looking for a Campaign Operations Manager to help execute, optimize, and report on advertising campaigns that connect world-class brands with some of YouTube's most influential creators. In this role, you'll own the execution and performance of YouTube advertising campaigns from launch through reporting. You'll work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Brand Partners to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, optimized effectively, and exceed client expectations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the intersection of campaign operations, performance analysis, and client partnership. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with premium creator inventory, leading consumer brands, and a rapidly growing business within the creator economy.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution & Delivery
    • Launch, monitor, and optimize YouTube advertising campaigns across multiple advertiser accounts
    • Ensure campaigns are trafficked accurately and delivered according to client objectives and timelines
    • Troubleshoot delivery, pacing, targeting, and performance issues to maximize campaign success
    • Maintain operational excellence across campaign setup, QA, and reporting processes
  • Performance & Analytics
    • Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities
    • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations to improve results
    • Build client-facing reports that clearly communicate performance, insights, and outcomes
    • Track key advertising metrics and contribute to ongoing process improvements
  • Client & Sales Partnership
    • Partner closely with Sales and Account Management teams throughout the campaign lifecycle
    • Participate in client meetings to provide performance insights and operational expertise
    • Support proposal development, campaign planning, and inventory recommendations
    • Contribute to case studies, sales materials, and campaign recaps that showcase advertiser success

Who You Are:

  • 2-4 years of experience in advertising operations, campaign management, digital media, or account management
  • Experience at a digital media company, advertising agency, publisher, or ad tech platform
  • Hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns
  • Experience with Google Ads and YouTube advertising products
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign performance data
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain results and recommendations to both internal teams and clients
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Campaign Manager 360, DV360, Google Analytics, DoubleVerify, IAS, or similar advertising tools
  • Experience working with creator, influencer, or social video advertising campaigns

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in Culver City, California. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $75K-$85K salary per year. The range listed is just one component of Spotter’s total compensation package for employees.
