The Demand Generation Strategist will join a high-performing team responsible for driving pipeline growth and accelerating revenue through strategic demand generation programs and business development initiatives. This role will design and execute integrated campaigns, optimize lead flow processes, and ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and customer success across the end-to-end customer lifecycle. Success in this position means delivering measurable pipeline impact, scaling account-based marketing strategies, and enabling business development representatives to qualify opportunities effectively for sales and customer success leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that drives qualified pipeline across all segments.
  • Lead campaign design and execution, ensuring alignment with growth priorities and sales objectives.
  • Implement and optimize lead flow management processes to maximize conversion rates and pipeline velocity.
  • Scale account-based marketing (ABM) programs leveraging intent data and predictive analytics.
  • Partner with the Business Development Representative (BDR) team to ensure effective qualification of opportunities for sales and customer success leaders.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market initiatives.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI; continuously refine strategies based on insights.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation and business development leadership roles, preferably in technology or SaaS.
  • Proven expertise in campaign design and execution, lead flow management, and account-based marketing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with 6sense, Adobe Marketo, Adobe Target, and Salesforce; ability to leverage these platforms for advanced targeting, automation, and reporting.
  • Exceptional team-building skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable influencing at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the broadband or telecommunications industry.
  • Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Familiarity with predictive analytics and AI-driven marketing technologies.

    The base pay range for this position varies based on the geographic location. More information about the pay range specific to candidate location and other factors will be shared during the recruitment process. Individual pay is determined based on location of residence and multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

    San Francisco Bay Area:

    133,400 - 200,100 USD Annual

    Select US Metros and States:

    116,000 - 174,000 USD Annual

    Other US Locations:

    104,400 - 156,600 USD Annual
