* We are seeking a strategic and experienced Campaign Manager, CDW Services to lead our enterprise-level campaign marketing function. In this role, you will manage a team of campaign marketers and event professionals, overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of large-scale integrated campaigns- including digital and in-person events- across key solutions, verticals, and regions. You will play a critical role in aligning cross-functional stakeholders- including performance marketing, field marketing, events, content, and ITS/DV/Sales- to deliver high-impact programs that drive brand relevance, engagement, and pipeline contribution.
* What you will do
* Lead and mentor a high-performing team responsible for the strategy and execution of integrated, multi-touch marketing campaigns and events.
* Set strategic direction and campaign frameworks that integrate digital channels, content, power plays, and event experiences across the buyer journey.
* Oversee the planning and execution of events (e.g., webinars, roundtables, tradeshows, owned experiences) and ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, field teams, digital, and content to deliver cohesive campaigns and event activations.
* Own campaign and event calendars, governance, and internal visibility across regions and business units.
* Partner with sales and revenue operations to align campaigns and events to pipeline goals, account needs, and segment strategies.
* Manage campaign and event budgets, internal and external resources, and prioritization of high-impact activities.
* Drive performance measurement, reporting, and continuous optimization of both campaigns and events.
* Foster a culture of innovation and learning through campaign experimentation, A/B testing, and post-event debriefs.
* Support the professional development of team members by setting goals, providing feedback, and sharing best practices.
* What we expect of you
* Minimum basic requirements
* Bachelors degree and 5+ years B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a campaign or events OR
* 9+ years B2B marketing experience, with at least 7 years in a campaign or events
* 1+ years managerial experience
* Proven success leading integrated campaigns and events that drive brand visibility and sales pipeline.
* Experience managing or closely partnering with an event marketing function (field, virtual, hybrid, and industry events).
* Strong collaboration skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams across performance marketing and field marketing.
* Advanced proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, campaign analytics, and event management tools.
* Highly organized, performance-focused, and data-driven with exceptional communication skills. Preferred skills, experience, and qualities needed
* Experience in B2B tech or SaaS company targeting enterprise buyers.
* Familiarity with ABM, intent data, and multi-touch attribution modeling.
* Experience activating campaigns through field events, executive experiences, and industry sponsorships.
