Summary of Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Campaign Coordinator to join our Operations team. In this entry-level role, you will support the execution and upkeep of digital marketing campaigns by handling day-to-day tasks that ensure smooth campaign delivery. You’ll work closely with the Senior Campaign Managers (SCMs) and other cross-functional teams to maintain accuracy, update creative assets, and assist with communication. Open to those just starting out or bringing transferable skills—this role offers real-time learning and collaboration in a dynamic digital marketing environment.
Responsibilities
Campaign Operations Support
- Provide consistent queue coverage for routine campaign tasks such as basic updates and status checks.
- Execute creative swaps and refresh campaign assets under direction from senior team members.
- Monitor asset quality and flag inconsistencies or issues for correction.
Optimization Assistance
- Apply basic CTR optimization notes and execute straightforward line-item changes with guidance from SCMs.
- Support setup of campaign renewals, cancellations, pauses and completions configuring edits based on templates or established best practices.
Partner Communication & Coordination
- Respond to frequently asked partner questions using standardized responses and route them to ChatBot or self-service tools when applicable.
- Manage slightly more detailed communication with partners in cases requiring follow-up or clarity, escalating as needed.
- Log communication and updates to ensure all changes are tracked and visible to the broader team.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Senior Campaign Managers to implement tactical changes and track campaign performance.
- Help prepare summaries, update trackers, and document campaign optimization decisions.
- Coordinate cross-functional feedback and assist in translating strategy into execution.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 0–1 year of experience in a marketing, communications, or operations support role
- Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn campaign operations.
- Effective communicator—both written and verbal.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, docs, and task management tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Location Information
This role is preferred to be located near our Denver, CO office, with hybrid work from home flexibility.
Team members must live and work in the United States* (*territories excluded), and have access to reliable, high-speed internet.
Compensation
Annual salary: $60,000 - $65,000 depending on experience
