This is a fully remote position. The schedule is Monday -Friday with shift beginning between 7am-9am EST.
The Campaign Coordinator is a member of the Managed Services Content & Creative team. This team delivers customized digital assets to clients on a subscription basis to support dealership marketing efforts/initiatives. The Campaign Coordinator is a subject matter expert and serves as the primary point of contact for their assigned customer portfolio. On a monthly basis, the Campaign Coordinator works with both their customers and internal team members to craft integrated digital marketing campaigns. These campaigns manifest in cohesive creative deliverables throughout the customer's website in adherence to Dealer.com's Service Level Agreements (SLA). The position requires the ability to be both consultative and execution oriented.
Your Role
  • Proactively manage and maintain working relationships with assigned client portfolio
  • Coordinate and facilitate monthly meetings with clients and internal account team members
  • Generate Monthly Campaign Brief outlining integrated campaign requests
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal team members on dealership strategy
  • Asset Management and submission to OEM Compliance Agencies
  • Installation of proprietary creative into assigned client's websites
  • Assist with projects and task work as needed

Qualifications:
Minimum-
  • High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field.
  • OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 3 years' experience;
  • OR 7 years' experience in a related field
  • Proven customer service, account-management & relationship building skills
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills (using English)
  • Proficient in computer troubleshooting methodologies (with on-the-job training provided for proprietary technologies and applications)
  • Proven critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in an office environment
  • Time Management & Prioritization
  • Learning in a fast-paced environment
  • Work independently and as part of a team

USD 19.57 - 29.38 per hour
Compensation:
Hourly base pay rate is $19.57 - $29.38/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
