The Digital Campaign Coordinator is a member of the Managed Services team and serves as the primary point of contact between the Managed Services organization and their assigned customer portfolio. On a monthly basis, the Digital Campaign Coordinator works with both their customers and the design team to craft integrated digital campaigns, manifesting in cohesive creative deliverables throughout the customer's website. The position requires the ability to be both consultative and execution oriented.

Minimum Qualifications:
USD 19.57 - 29.38 per hour
Compensation:
Hourly base pay rate is $19.57 - $29.38/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.

Your Role:
- Manage and maintain working relationships with assigned client portfolio
- Coordinate and facilitate monthly meetings with clients and internal team members
- Generate Monthly Campaign Brief outlining integrated campaign requests
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal team members
- Asset Management and submission to OEM Compliance Agencies
- Installation of proprietary creative into assigned clients websites
- Assist with projects and task work as needed
- Adherence to Dealer.com's Service Level Agreement (SLA) with assigned clients
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field.
- OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 3 years' experience;
- OR 7 years' experience in a related field
- Proven customer service skills
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills (using English)
- Proficiency in computer troubleshooting methodologies (with on-the-job training provided for proprietary technologies and applications)
- Proven critical thinking and creative problem solving skills
- Proficiency in an office environment
- Critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with web-based technologies and Windows environments
