Creatunity LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Phone Sales Manager to join our vibrant team! In this key role, you will drive our phone sales initiatives, increase customer engagement, and lead a passionate sales team to achieve outstanding results.
Responsibilities- Manage and mentor a team of phone sales representatives, providing training and guidance to help them meet their sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes that align with our business goals.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and enhance the sales process.
- Oversee daily operations of the phone sales department, ensuring that representatives provide outstanding customer service.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews with team members.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align messaging and promotions with sales efforts.
- Handle escalation and resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and enhancing team performance, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Strong analytical abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in G-Suite and CRM Software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
