The opportunity: 

The Associate Provider Partner is responsible for providing technical and daily operational support to the Provider Engagement team. The Associate Provider Partner is primarily accountable for the creation and maintenance of key provider documents; managing standard provider communications and issues with internal team members; running applicable provider reports and directories; assisting with validating provider networks and ensuring provider data maintenance. Additionally, the Associate Provider Partner will function as a Provider Engagement team liaison assisting with coordination of meetings, travel, expense management, and tech ticket entries.

How you will contribute: 

  • Maintains dashboard and other departmental reports; process and request internal reports.
  • Prepare and write provider notification letters/communications.
  • Develop and distribute quarterly provider newsletter.
  • Create and manage accurate data files for provider mailings, faxes and email lists.
  • Design and implement training program enhancements.
  • Assists with implementing new software/hardware and creates training documents.
  • Manage and facilitate projects.
  • Manage and modify contracts and amendments; file and distribute as necessary.
  • Develop mailing budget and process for postage and fulfillment.
  • Assist with internal audit of all functions within department.
  • Maintain list of client contractual requirements.
  • Create/maintain Office Reference Manual template.
  • Create provider data validation and monitoring.
  • Create quick reference guides for all lines of business.
  • Create FAQs for all new implementations and changes.
  • Assist with coordination of events, committees and sponsorships.
  • Represent DentaQuest professionally as needed at DentaQuest sponsored events.
  • Maintain Subject Matter Expert knowledge in all areas of role.

What you will bring with you: 

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree.
  • Intermediate skill in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; able to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to handle data and information with confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related discipline.
  • 2 years related experience
  • Experience in a Healthcare environment.

Salary Range: $56,500 - $76,300

Your actual base salary will be determined based on your unique skills, qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. In addition to your base salary, this position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive award based on your individual performance as well as the overall performance of the business.
