Position Overview  

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and talented Entry-level Professionals or Interns for a variety of positions. As an upcoming graduate or new graduate, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with experienced engineers, and develop your skills in a dynamic work environment. 


Our team is looking for candidates in Concord, CA, Sacramento, CA, San Jose, CA, Los Angeles, CA, San Diego, CA, and other offices.


Our team is looking for candidates in the following fields: 


Environmental Engineering:

  • Assist with the design and implementation of environmental solutions, including water treatment, waste management, and sustainability projects.
  • Support environmental assessments, regulatory compliance, and site remediation efforts.

Geotechnical Engineering:

  • Conduct site investigations include drilling and test pitting and complete geotechnical analysis for construction projects.
  • Assist with soil testing, foundation design, and slope stability assessments.
  • Help with construction oversight, including preparing daily field reports and completing in-situ density testing.

Civil Engineering:

  • Support civil engineering projects involving site development, land development, and construction management.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution.

Water/Wastewater Engineering:  

  • Assist with design, analysis, and management of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • Work on projects that support environmental sustainability and community health.

Construction Management:  

  • Responsible for ensuring all construction project objectives and standards are met.
  • Partners with clients and teams across transportation, water, energy, and facilities to manage construction risks, guarantee quality, cut long-term maintenance costs, and protect the public.

Bridge Design & Engineering:  

  • Contribute to the design, analysis, and maintenance of bridges and other critical structures.
  • Apply engineering principles to ensure safety, efficiency, and structural integrity.

Transportation Engineering:  

  • Assist with the planning, design, and implementation of transportation infrastructure projects.
  • Work on projects ranging from roadway design to traffic analysis and transportation systems planning.

 What We’re Looking For: 

  • Students pursuing a degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or geotechnical engineering.
  • Recent graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience in any of the listed engineering or geosciences fields. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, geotechnical engineering, geology, or related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and a passion for engineering solutions. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Desire to learn, grow, and develop professionally.

The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the California Pay Transparency Law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience. Salary Range: $25.00 per hour -  $38.00 per hour.
