We are looking for a Corporate Pricing Manager for our Burbank, CA Corporate office to set strategy and implement RHFS’s pricing model. This role will provide overall guidance to managers and cross functional teams to help establish pricing strategy that aligns with the enterprise wide pricing system. The Pricing Manager will ensure consistency and continuous improvement in the pricing system and optimization of gross margin results.

What You'll Do:
Lead and develop company pricing strategy with SBU leadership to meet yearly gross profit objectives as defined by RHFS’s annual plan.
Develop ideas and baseline metrics to identify and develop pricing processes. Measure models for optimal pricing effectiveness to drive gross margin improvements.
Partner with business unit leaders as well as other teams to align sales and pricing strategy.
Authorize and assist the implementation of all matrix pricing records including changes, additions, and overrides.
Evaluate effectiveness of pricing strategies, identify gaps and opportunities, and provide guidance to address those areas.
Train on pricing strategies and make presentations to provide brief, easy to understand insights and recommendations.
Establish and maintain the accuracy of the pricing database, including customer types/sizes, product families, discount multipliers, and pricing structure.
Set up and maintain contract pricing schedules in the system.
Communicate supplier cost increases and updates associated with supplier cost information and pricing. Determine how to create baseline pricing and implement project plans for importing pricing structures.
Coordinate transfer of invoice data and pricing for any third-party pricing analysis as needed.
Maintain weekly dashboards for revenue, gross margins and trends by business unit.

What We Need from You:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance/Business.
At least 3-5 years of experience in Pricing & Sales Analytics and experience leading a team within a distribution environment.
Proven track record of managing pricing strategy across various channels in a multi-location environment.
Experience driving insights from data, trends in both pricing and sales analytics.
Develop thorough understanding lead-to-order process – product/service price list, configure/price/quote (CPQ), order management, etc.
Experience developing and obtaining support for business plans and strategies by influencing cross-functional management.
Ability to coordinate with functional support groups as well as Sales Force and Customer Service.
Experience in highly matrix situations with strong analytical abilities and financial background.
Strong communication skills and experience in preparing presentations at the executive level.
Highly skilled in Excel, ERP and other reporting programs.
Skilled in conveying margin improvement opportunities to sales teams and positively influencing sales teams in overall advantages of margin growth.
Understand customer contract pricing and work with sales to convey necessary margins for contract pricing.
Create an atmosphere in which timely and high-quality information flows smoothly within the organization.
Show a passion for improving the delivery of services with a commitment to continuous improvement.
