Production Services Engineer/Production Support Engineer
4-6 years as a Senior Analyst/Engineer with extensive experience in root-cause analysis
4-6 years experience in supporting and troubleshooting production software
1-2 years experience with Object-Oriented Programming or C++ developers on Unix /Linux
Strong shell scripting ability (PowerShell, VBScript, Python, Bash)
Experience with credit card processing software and hardware.
Strong ability to read and dissect source code
Strong proficiency in Windows and Linux OS
Strong understanding of SQL
Understanding of Point-of-Sale (POS) technology a plus
Experience with e*Restaurant or other Back Office restaurant management systems.
Excellent general knowledge of computer and networking technologies
Experience with Agile with Scrum software development methodologies are highly desired
Experience with development, QA testing and software deployment are highly desired
Demonstrated strong communications skills
Strong understanding of object oriented design
