We’re looking for a Senior Business Value Consultant to serve as a strategic partner across our revenue organization, helping expand and scale our Value Consulting program while contributing to its next phase of evolution.

In this role, you will take meaningful ownership in advancing our frameworks, tools, and operating models, helping shape how Webflow communicates and quantifies business value for prospects and customers. You’ll play a key role in strategic deal cycles, collaborate cross functionally to elevate value based selling, and identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and new methodologies to scale our impact. You’ll have significant autonomy in how you approach this work, while aligning closely to the broader program strategy and direction.

  •  Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges depending on the cost of labor of the geographic area. The ranges shared below may change if you are hired in another geographic location.
    • United States  (all figures cited below in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
      • Zone A: $153,500 - $230,000
      • Zone B: $144,500 - $216,00
      • Zone C: $135,000 - $202,000
    • Canada  (All figures cited below in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
      • $146,000 - $219,000

For sales roles, the ranges provided are the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) ranges, meaning that the ranges include both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Webflow and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s market location, job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. Benefits/additional compensation for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; retirement plans; health benefits; and wellness stipends

As a Senior Business Value Consultant, you’ll … 

  • Lead strategic value based engagements for Webflow’s largest and most complex sales pursuits, including developing and presenting business cases to executive stakeholders.
  • Build and enhance ROI models, total cost of ownership analyses, and business case assets that help prospects quantify the value of Webflow and support strategic deal cycles.
  • Develop tailored industry and persona-based insights that strengthen business case development, value messaging, and executive storytelling.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and cross functional teams to elevate value based selling, including developing and enhancing value oriented discovery methods that help teams surface customer pain points and connect them to measurable outcomes.
  • Contribute to customer value insights, benchmarks, and outcome validation that reinforce Webflow’s business impact across renewal and expansion motions.
  • Advance value consulting methodologies by identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and scaled tooling while evolving frameworks, messaging, and data models.
  • Ensure alignment with Product Marketing to maintain cohesive persona based value narratives and market positioning.
  • Operate as a collaborative partner across the revenue organization, contributing to a culture of shared success and supporting teams in communicating Webflow’s business impact.
About you:

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+  years in value consulting, management consulting, sales strategy, or a related role. Experience in SaaS, technology, or digital transformation is preferred.
