- Support business process reengineering engagements including the following: Baseline customer/employee experience and end-to-end business process.
- Assess processes and customer/employee experiences end-to-end.
- Design both near-term and strategic reengineering solutions that span customer experience, operational processes, digitization, automation, risk management practices.
- Develop comprehensive solutions, implementation plans, sizing and sequencing plans with business, technology, operations and other stakeholders.
- Create commercially viable business cases that align assessment findings with business needs and strategies.
- Ensure sustainability of the work through measurement, management routines and capability building.
- Develop executive stakeholder materials and stories for decision and adoption.
Candidate Profile - Who You Are
Required Skills:
- 5-8+ years of experience with a background in operational excellence, Lean, process reengineering and/or large-scale transformation.
- High aptitude for critical thinking, analytics and problem solving.
- Ability to work across and break down organizational silos (end-to-end enterprise mindset).
- Ability to work professional disciplines (business, operations, technology).
- Intellectually curious and voracious learner.
- Willingness to take calculated risks accelerate learning.
- Has a commercial mindset that can balance customer expectations, firm success and people.
- Strong business acumen, with ability to ask critical questions.
