Business Technology Solutions Manager
Salary: $202,779 to $250,000 per year
Location: Evanston, IL and various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.

Job Role and Responsibilities: Manage IT projects by defining project scope and strategy, analyzing business challenges, and developing IT solutions using project management tools. Ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes with the appropriate level of analytical rigor, backed by strong business acumen in commercial analytics, forecasting, research and development, and omni-channel strategies within the healthcare industry. Deliver projects on time and within budget, leveraging front-end user reporting tools, back-end database management platforms, and ETL technologies. Lead project management efforts from initiation through completion, including ongoing communication with clients and internal teams to clarify objectives, gather technical requirements, create deliverables, and present findings. Utilize business intelligence solution designs and implementations to support data-driven decision-making. Manage teams of 5 to 10 employees on a project basis, including Consultants, Associate Consultants, and Associates. Participate in Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to secure and plan for future projects. Carry out a range of IT project activities, including project planning and estimation, requirement scoping, implementation management, and quality assurance to ensure adherence to established timelines and budgets. May work at various, unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
Qualifications: Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a technology solution delivery occupation.
Position requires experience in the following:
1. Front-end user reporting with Power BI, MSTR, Business Object, Cognos, .net or node.js;
2. Back-end database management, including Snowflake, Databricks, Oracle or Teradata;
3. ETL interfacing technologies, including Informatica or SSIS;
4. BI solution design and implementation using technologies, such as Power BI, MS Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake Microstrategy, QlikView, Cognos, Oracle, Informatica, SSIS or similar;
5. Team or project management; and
6. Pharma Domain Knowledge on commercial analytics, Forecasting R&D, and Omni Channel.
