Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Sales Operations and Systems Manager to join our Operations team. In this role, you’ll be the primary owner of the systems and processes that power our go-to-market teams. You’ll build, configure, and optimize Salesforce and connected tools, improve data quality and visibility, and help our sales and marketing teams work more efficiently.

This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Operations to understand their needs and translate them into scalable, reliable outcomes. If you’re passionate about automation, systems integration, and solving operational challenges, we want to meet you. This is a remote position reporting directly to the VP of Operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Operations 
  • Partner with Sales and Business Development leadership to optimize sales workflows, including lead routing, qualification, and handoff processes.
  • Ensure clear visibility into sales forecasting and pipeline, both near and long-term for financial planning.
  • Build reporting and dashboards that highlight pre-sales conversion metrics, helping leadership understand pipeline progression from first touch to deal signature.
  • Sales commission plan routing, sales scorecard, deal analysis
  • Co-develop effective commission plans with finance and sales.

Salesforce & Systems Ownership

  • Act as the primary Salesforce administrator, managing configuration, custom objects, workflows, and automations.
  • Maintain integrations between Salesforce and other GTM tools (e.g., Salesloft, Marketo, RingLead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clari) to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Proactively monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to maximize performance and ease of use.

Workflow Automation & Process Improvement

  • Design and automate processes that improve speed-to-lead, pipeline visibility, and team efficiency.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Standardize and document workflows so that they are scalable, repeatable, and easy to adopt.

Data Quality & Reporting

  • Ensure data integrity across systems through regular audits, data hygiene practices, and proactive monitoring.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into the pipeline, team performance, and key metrics.
  • Support leadership with actionable insights that improve forecasting and decision-making.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Collaborate with Marketing to align campaign tracking, lead scoring, and attribution models.
  • Work with Customer Operations and Product teams to support smooth handoffs and improve visibility across the customer journey.
  • Train users and provide ongoing support to ensure adoption and best practices across teams.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Systems Administration, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Advanced Salesforce administration skills (Salesforce Admin certification strongly preferred).
  • Proven experience managing GTM tools like Salesloft, Ringlead/ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clari, and BI/reporting platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and dashboard building.
  • Hands-on approach to problem-solving and a passion for building scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with AI-driven sales or marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with procurement, supply chain, or enterprise software sales cycles
  • BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)

For this role, we are looking for remote employees who reside in California (CA), Colorado (CO), Florida (FL), Georgia (GA), Illinois (IL), Indiana (IN), Maryland (MD), Massachusetts (MA), Montana (MT), New Hampshire (NH), New Jersey (NJ), New York (NY), North Carolina (NC), Ohio (OH), Pennsylvania (PA), Rhode Island (RI), Texas (TX), or Washington (WA). The compensation range for this position is $109-125K per year.
