Job Description

We're looking for our first Business Systems Manager to build and scale the internal systems that power our GTM (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) and G&A (Finance, HR, Legal) functions. This is a foundational role for someone who thrives at the intersection of systems architecture, business operations, and hands-on Salesforce execution. You’ll be a key partner to our executive leadership team, designing and operationalizing our business systems strategy to enable data-driven decisions and scalable growth.

Responsibilities
  • Own our GTM & Business Systems Stack: Define and lead the roadmap for our internal systems, ensuring scalability and alignment with business objectives.

  • Process Design & Optimization: Define and implement best-in-class processes across the lead-to-cash lifecycle, including lead routing, scoring, pipeline hygiene, commissions process and quote-to-cash workflows.

  • Enablement through Insights: Build dashboards and reporting to provide real-time visibility into GTM performance, revenue metrics, and operational KPIs.

  • Tool Integrations: Own or support integrations between Salesforce and adjacent tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, Clay, Glean, Postgres).

  • Training & Documentation: Deliver training and documentation to ensure adoption, alignment, and long-term system health.

  • Vendor Evaluation: Identify and implement new tools to support scale, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business systems, revenue operations or GTM technology roles

  • Experience administering and managing Salesforce for a B2B SaaS company

  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices, reporting, workflows, and automations

  • Business acumen and familiarity with sales processes, forecasting, and operations

  • Analytical mindset and experience implementing dashboards with BI tools

  • Strong attention to detail, data quality, and process optimization

  • Effective communicator and collaborator across cross-functional teams

  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Benefits
  • Compensation: Competitive salary and equity packages, including a 401k

  • Flexibility: Remote-first culture — work from anywhere

  • Health: 100% Employer covered comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance with a top tier plan for you and your dependents (US and Canada)

  • Balance: Unlimited PTO policy

  • Technical: AI First company; both Co-Founders are engineers at heart; and over 50% of the company is Engineering and Product

  • Culture: Family-Friendly environment; Regular team events and offsites

  • Development: Unparalleled learning and professional development opportunities

  • Gear: Home office setup assistance

  • Impact: Making the internet safer by protecting online transactions

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
