About the RoleThe Business Systems Analyst II is responsible for performing in-depth analysis of new business system development and system improvements. This position involves continuously assessing and improving processes to enhance service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The role requires a solid understanding of IT systems, software configuration, CI/CD, engineering, and business processes. The Business Systems Analyst II may also supervise entry-level analysts and support the implementation of improvement plans.
In this role, you will continuously assess and improve processes to enhance service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will identify areas for improvement, support improvement plans, and assist in their implementation. Your responsibilities will include configuring and upgrading software systems to meet business needs and supporting the operation of software environments, including incident response and problem-solving. You will analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of business systems. Additionally, you will document system processes, configurations, and changes, participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure system reliability and performance, and provide end-user support and training as needed. Staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in business systems and IT will also be a key part of your role, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.About You

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree).
  • Typically 2+ years of related experience.
  • Certification: varies by business system.
  • Solid understanding of IT systems, software configuration, CI/CD, engineering, and business processes.
  • Proficiency in software environments and upgrades.
  • Possesses basic understanding of IT systems, software configuration, and business processes.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using advanced business analysis tools and software.
  • Experience with data analysis, SQL, and database management.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
  • Experience mentoring junior analysts.


Compensation:

Pay Range:

$83,830.00 - $115,287.25

Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
