As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNC's Retail Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, Phoenix, AZ, or Lakewood, CO.
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst Consultant to support Agile delivery by serving as a Scrum Master and Agile coach for technology teams. This role is responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, promoting transparency, and ensuring teams follow Agile best practices and enterprise delivery standards. The ideal candidate is a strong facilitator and communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment and is passionate about continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach Scrum teams on Agile and Scrum best practices to enable effective, predictable delivery
• Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Technology Leads to ensure user stories are well‑defined, estimated, and ready for sprint execution
• Identify, track, and help resolve team impediments, risks, and dependencies that may impact delivery
• Promote transparency and accountability through clear metrics, reporting, and communication
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team maturity, velocity, and quality
• Ensure alignment with enterprise Agile delivery standards and governance expectations
Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience serving as a Scrum Master within Agile technology teams
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile principles, and iterative delivery models
• Hands‑on experience using Jira for sprint planning, backlog management, and Agile reporting
• Proficiency with Confluence for Agile documentation, team artifacts, and knowledge sharing
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive collaboration across teams
Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have Skills
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
• Experience supporting enterprise‑scale Agile delivery, preferably within financial services or regulated environments
• Familiarity with additional Agile and DevOps tools, such as dashboards, collaboration platforms, or CI/CD visibility tools

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $55,000.00 – $120,650.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
