Job Description:

Position Summary

DTN is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and optimize the Opportunity-to-Cash lifecycle within a SaaS revenue environment. This role partners closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer teams to enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ processes that drive pipeline management, quoting, pricing, and revenue execution. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, systems expertise, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Support and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud to optimize the Opportunity-to-Cash lifecycle.
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional system solutions.
  • Support and improve CPQ workflows, including product configuration, pricing logic, discount approvals, and quote generation.
  • Own backlog prioritization aligned to revenue impact and business objectives.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and validation to ensure release quality and stakeholder sign-off.
  • Maintain data integrity and governance across Salesforce and integrated revenue systems.
  • Rapidly learn and support new enterprise tools as the go-to-market technology stack evolves.

What You Will Bring to the Position:

  • Experience working in a SaaS environment, preferably within a subscription-based revenue model.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Exposure to the Opportunity-to-Cash lifecycle (Lead → Opportunity → Quote → Order).
  • Experience with CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Nue, DealHub, Apttus, Conga, or similar).
  • Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and supporting UAT processes.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience supporting Revenue Operations teams, forecasting, or pipeline reporting is a plus.
  • Exposure to enterprise data governance practices is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Zendesk is a plus.

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $73,400 and $97,800. DTN is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
