What You Will Contribute:
 

We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst to drive operational excellence across a company that builds both hardware and software. You’ll analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement AI-powered solutions that improve performance across departments.

This position will require regular (Bi-weekly) presence in our Escondido office and frequent visits to our Melbourne Fl location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Map and optimize processes in Customer Service, Fulfillment, RMA, and more
  • Evaluate and recommend business systems (e.g., work order management tools)
  • Plan for ERP integration as the company scales
  • Track performance metrics and report business impact
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and stakeholders to design scalable solutions
  • Prototype and teach AI tools to improve workflows and decision-making
  • Present findings to leadership in a clear, data-driven format
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in Business, IS, CS, Finance, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in process analysis within hardware/software environments
  • Strong documentation and systems evaluation skills
  • Proficient with AI tools for real-time problem-solving
  • ERP, BI tools (e.g., Power BI), and API integration experience a plus

  • Reduced cycle times by 20–30%
  • AI tools deployed to automate tasks and improve forecasting
  • Trusted by cross-functional teams for process improvement
  • Delivered measurable impact across departments

Target salary for this role is $100,000-$110,000 annually.
