The Client Relationship Executive leads business development, establishes client relationships, and oversees multiple projects while driving strategic direction for revenue growth.

The Corporate Strategy team sits inside the Strategic Advisory department, which acts as the central hub for strategic support for leaders across Riot, and provides craft leadership to Riot for the disciplines of Business Strategy, Analytics, Research, Revenue Strategy and Strategic Finance. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage those resources and capabilities to develop data informed strategic recommendations and analyses.

As a Business Strategist III, you will flex as a BizOps generalist to tackle high-impact and prioritized projects, bridging strategy and execution. You will help shape and scale demand planning and scope/capacity frameworks across Riot’s game studios. This role combines high-level business strategy with hands-on operational design and rollout. You’ll work at the intersection of studio needs, workforce planning, and cross-functional alignment, ensuring the right approach for operational excellence You’ll partner closely with leaders across Game Studios, Finance, HRBPs, TA, and People Systems to co-create and implement scalable planning processes that support portfolio growth, prioritization, and tradeoff decisions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of demand planning and scope/capacity analysis frameworks in support of operational goals
  • Partner with studio leadership and producers to translate product roadmaps into actionable talent and resource plans
  • Identify gaps between scope, demand, and available capacity, enabling proactive problem solving and strategic tradeoff conversations
  • Develop and roll out standardized planning rhythms and tools across studios in collaboration with Finance, HR, TA, and Systems teams
  • Drive the operationalization of operational processes across orgs, including intake, prioritization, and iterations
  • Translate complex data and org dynamics into clear insights and recommendations for senior leaders
  • Serve as a connective tissue across teams to align planning, reporting, and decision-making rhythms
  • Flex as a BizOps generalist to tackle high-impact and prioritized projects, bridging strategy and execution as needed.
Required Qualifications:
  • 6–8+ years of experience in business strategy, operations, or workforce planning, ideally in consulting, gaming, entertainment, product-driven environment
  • Proven ability to design and scale cross-functional planning frameworks
  • Strong analytical and systems thinking skills; comfort working with unstructured or evolving data, and extracting insights
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate research, insights, and strategy into clear narratives for senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with resource management frameworks
  • Background in game development, entertainment, or creative organizations
  • Experience conducting in-depth market research and synthesize insights
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools
