Business Solutions Developer – Power Platform & Salesforce Integration

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Business Solutions Developer to join our team. This role will focus on leveraging Microsoft Power Platform tools— including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI—and Microsoft’s AI capabilities to build, enhance, and optimize tools for our Solution Deployment team.

The primary responsibility will be to create a comprehensive Associate Scheduling Toolkit that interacts with Salesforce Service Appointments and extends to other process automation and data insights needs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Integrate Microsoft Power Platform solutions with Salesforce data (Service Appointments and other relevant objects) and other systems to streamline processes and enhance team productivity.
  • Develop reusable components and common tools that support various business functions and drive efficiency gains.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements through automation, data visualization, and AI-driven insights.
  • Conduct thorough testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of developed solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce, and AI technologies to identify new opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of integrating Power Platform with Salesforce data (preferably with experience using Salesforce APIs and connectors).
  • Experience gathering and translating business requirements into functional solutions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft’s AI and Copilot technologies to enhance and extend application capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud or similar Salesforce applications.
  • Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.

The potential base pay range for this role is $55-70 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
