In this role, you will:
  • Be accountable for a complex portfolio of customers
  • Share leadership role with managers to oversee a portfolio of accounts
  • Identify opportunity for process improvements within the portfolio
  • Review and analyze the decision process for customer accounts and evaluate the profitability and risk of designated portfolio
  • Verify compliance and report identified issues for resolution
  • Make decisions on complex customer issues
  • Partner with managers to resolve issues and provides status updates on implementations
  • Develop expertise in the policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Handle complex customer issues which include escalation and resolution
  • Lead team and serve as a subject matter expert for the department
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal customers
  • Receive direction from leaders
  • Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Treasury Management Dedicated Client Services experience
  • Experience supporting complex Treasury Management products (e.g., ECS Product Suite, BAI, International Wires) and utilizing Treasury Management tools and applications (e.g., UAM, Service View, Hogan)
  • Previous experience supporting CIB clients
  • Previous leadership experience in treasury, financial services or customer service
  • Project management skills and familiar with leading projects
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Power Point)
  • Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations
  • Ability to lead strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards
  • Proven track record of driving process improvement efforts by analyzing workflows, identifying gaps, and implementing solutions that optimize customer portfolio management and risk evaluation
  • Ability to act as subject matter expert
  • Experience managing escalations, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering timely updates on large-scale implementations and business-critical initiatives
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Proven ability to partner with internal and external partners to meet the needs of the customer
Job Expectations:
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Salary:
  • $72,000.00 - $109,000.00 Annual range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
