How you will make history here…

  • This position is a part of the Corporate Quality Assurance team. The incumbent will support various QA systems, programs and multiple aspects of product/technical data management, documentation and communication of details to our internal and external partners.  Individuals will work in close collaboration with internal subject matter experts in Quality, Product Development, Packaging, Regulatory Affairs, Analytical/Micro labs.
  • The role is responsible for identifying, strengthening and supporting implementation of process and system solutions for our QA, Corporate, and manufacturing plant end users.

What you will do…

  • Participate in designing process solutions within various QMS to meet business needs, take a lead role in implementing and maintaining these solutions within our systems, including optimization.
  • Supervision of enterprise quality programs and practices that control, protect, deliver and enhance the value of data and information.
  • Ensure relevant product data and documentation managed in multiple systems (Optiva, SharePoint, SAP, eQMS) is aligned.  Resolve issues regarding conflicting information between the systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement data management processes through collaboration with the broader Supply Chain teams.
  • Serve as one of the primary contacts for SAP QM business support/ eQMS/ LIMS
  • Document new / modify work processes / workflows and communicate to broader team and internal/external teams.
  • Responsible for conducting annual assessments across all systems to ensure compliance to control. Deliver process or systems training, provide end user support. Demonstrate understanding of systems integrations and schemas
  • Analyze information needs and functional requirements to address business inefficiencies and support operational objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with technical subject matter experts to gather accurate and comprehensive information as needed.
  • Skilled in synthesizing data from multiple cross-functional sources to create clear, concise, and actionable summaries utilizing reporting tools such as PowerBI.
  • Proficient in executing key administrative functions within various digital Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms

What you bring to the table…

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3 + years of relevant experience in a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) environment

It would be great to have…

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific discipline
  • 5 + years of relevant experience in a Food or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment, with a focus on administering digital quality tools, preferably within food manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage system knowledge to organize and streamline technical documentation of business processes for improved efficiency; proven skills in evaluating processes and identifying opportunities for simplification.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including expertise in Microsoft Office and experience with, RMS, SAP, Veeva, SharePoint, Zendesk, or similar Quality Management System (QMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. Experience with system administration tasks is preferred
  • Highly proficient in independent planning and prioritization.
  • Experienced in designing systematic workflows to address business needs using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Canva, or similar.
  • Skilled in information gathering and documentation.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$71,500-$102,800

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
