POSITION OVERVIEW
Translate UNFCU business needs into clear, testable requirements for modern web and mobile banking experiences. Work closely with business stakeholders, the Product Owner, UX, architecture, engineering, integration, and QA teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Elicit and document business, functional, non-functional, data, integration, and security requirements.
- Create process flows, user journeys, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability.
- Support backlog prioritization, refinement, estimation, sprint planning, and scope decisions.
- Clarify requirements for account services, transactions, transfers, secure messaging, profile, notifications, and locator capabilities.
- Coordinate business rules and data mappings involving Fiserv DNA, MuleSoft, GoldenGate, and related services.
- Support demos, UAT planning, defect triage, release readiness, and stakeholder sign-off.
- Analyze/reverse engineer existing applications and business processes to identify reusable capabilities and establish traceability between current-state and future-state functionality.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst on digital platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience delivering enterprise solutions in Agile, cross-functional, and distributed-team environments.
- Hands-on experience using enterprise-approved generative AI or coding assistants across the SDLC, with human review, secure prompt/data handling, traceability, and validation of AI-generated outputs. Experience applying AI to requirements analysis, backlog refinement, process modeling, documentation, and acceptance-criteria development.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

- Azure DevOps or Jira, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart, and collaborative documentation

- Retail banking, credit union, or digital banking experience
- Fiserv DNA or core-banking integration exposure
- Experience with mobile and responsive web product delivery
