Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

  • Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience in consulting/advisory role supporting integration, separation, and / or stand-up initiatives, including pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, operating model design and deployment, standalone cost model development, and synergy planning, validation, and tracking

  • Knowledge of and experience with change management and organizational communication principles, process mapping, and communication planning during integration, separation, carve-out, and / or stand-up scenarios

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (including but not limited to finance, HR, IT, operations, sales and marketing, product, legal, etc.) to align on integration / separation / stand-up milestones, governing documentation, and other required deliverables

  • Understanding of operations and required KPIs, balanced scorecarding, and continuous improvement opportunities associated with carve-out, divestiture, and post-merger transformation programs

  • Extensive experience delivering buy-side and sell-side carve-out services with a proven track record of leading transformational assignments at pre- and post-deal stages

  • Deep understanding of the private equity lifecycle and relevant networks

  • Expertise in operational KPIs, balanced scorecards, and continuous process improvement

What You’ll Do:

  • Use general business and financial acumen to advise clients and develop solutions to a variety of problems related to people, process, and technology optimization. Projects may include business process design and implementation, technology automation and enablement, finance transformation, supply chain improvement, working capital improvement, revenue and profitability analysis, and more.

  • Manage rapid diagnostics to identify opportunities for operational transformation and performance improvement

  • Develop and execute transformation plans tied to EBITDA targets and working capital improvement opportunities

  • Lead buy-side and sell-side carve-out projects, addressing cost reduction and revenue enhancement opportunities.

  • Evaluate pre-deal carve out situations, including perimeter definition, complexity, costs and risks

  • Oversee post-acquisition carve-out implementation, including Day-1 preparation, TSA management and standalone transition

  • Ensure operational due diligence findings are realized, delivering growth, cost reduction and quick wins

  • Drive 100-day planning processes, including merger integration and synergy realization

  • Participate actively in the development of junior team members – both in client and internal settings – by providing coaching and performance feedback, and fostering a team-based working culture
