We are looking for an experienced and versatile Business Partner Project Manager to join Netflix’s Enterprise Security Technology team. This role will support Netflix's Enterprise Security Technology initiatives by driving structure, communication, and execution across multiple technical and non-technical teams. The Business Partner Project Manager serves as a key liaison between cross-functional stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and successful delivery of critical projects. Success in this role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, build strong cross-functional relationships, and translate complex business needs into clear, actionable outcomes.
This is a full-time, fully remote position offering a comprehensive benefits package. Travel of approximately 15% will be required.
Essential Job Functions- Serve as a critical bridge between non-technical stakeholders and Enterprise Security Technology teams, translating business needs into clear technical requirements and ensuring alignment across all parties.
- Own and drive end-to-end coordination of workstreams, including planning, tracking, and execution of timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Act as a proactive internal customer advocate, ensuring expectations are clearly defined, managed, and consistently met through high-quality and timely delivery.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve structured documentation, including operational playbooks, process maps, reporting dashboards, and execution trackers.
- Design and implement scalable processes that improve efficiency, consistency, and operational maturity across Enterprise Security Technology teams.
- Navigate complex, matrixed corporate environments while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Lead prioritization efforts across cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of focus, resource alignment, and successful execution of strategic objectives.
- Serve as a primary liaison and central point of contact for Enterprise Security Technology, enabling seamless communication and coordination with key FTEs and cross-functional business partners.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or business partnership roles within complex, cross-functional environments.
- 5+ years of experience in private sector safety and security or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead and drive execution across both technical and non-technical teams in enterprise-scale organizations.
- Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into clear, actionable project plans and deliverables.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing executive-level updates, documentation, and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in fast-paced, high-change environments.
- Experience supporting large-scale technology initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
- Ability to operate independently with limited oversight while maintaining accountability for outcomes and timelines.
- Strong familiarity with modern program management platforms and how emerging AI capabilities can enhance program execution and operational efficiency.
