We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Business Operations Manager to help bring Navina’s Customer 360 vision to life. This role will design and implement cross-company processes, ensure seamless integration within our systems, and create enablement kits that empower teams across the organization.

The ideal candidate will also lead AI-driven initiatives - from running proof-of-concepts to identifying opportunities that enhance how we work, collaborate, and grow.

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business, marketing, customer success or product operations - Must!
  • Experience with systems and CRM integrations (Salesforce/HubSpot) - Must!
  • Proven experience in collaborating and engaging GTM teams at all levels
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluent English.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is required. 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, true team player with a go-getter attitude, an acute sense of urgency, and quick thinking abilities.
