About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced business professional to support the COO and leadership team in three key areas: (1) business operations, (2) go-to-market / revenue operations, and (3) people operations. This role reports to the COO. This is a strategic, high-impact role where you’ll be working directly with leadership on projects that touch virtually every part of the business.
This role is for someone who wants to build, and take on an ambitious opportunity at the intersection of gaming and technology. We highly value ownership, self-drive and a can-do attitude.
Core Responsibilities Business Operations & Strategic FinanceMaintain financial forecast and model for company and business lines.
Business modeling for our various business and product lines including pricing, market forecasting and unit economics.
Develop and standardize operating dashboards and reporting for leadership, sales, marketing and finance.
Manage and interface with the company’s accounting/finance/tax partner (need basic accounting and tax knowledge to contribute here).
Support Board meeting preparation.
Support day-to-day people operations, ensuring smooth employee experience from onboarding to offsites.
Maintain HRIS system (Rippling) for customary people needs (payroll, benefits etc).
Support people recruiting on as needed basis.
Contribute to high priority growth initiatives with sales and marketing leadership.
Support custom solution proposals for top priority Enterprise customers.
Develop and maintain sales collateral for Pragma’s top products.
Frame business positioning of Pragma’s existing and new products with product, sales and marketing team.
Optimize operational workflows as needed.
2-4 years of the following experience: finance, bizops, investment banking or related fields.
2-4 years of company operations; startup experience is a plus.
Strong financial modeling (excel/sheets) and 3 statement accounting fluency (the role requires interfacing at a high level with our accounting group 1-2x a month).
Organizational, presentation and communication skills; need to be able to make slides from time to time (we have graphic design colleagues to help them sing when needed!)
Able to manage and maintain multiple projects and tasks.
Experience with / ability to learn:
HRIS: Rippling or related
Comp: Carta, Pave or related
Finance: Quickbooks, Bill.com, Brex
Experience with leveraging AI for day-to-day work and optimizing workflows.
Travel a few times a year for company offsites and industry events.
