Position Responsibilities:
- Support ESRC and Business Operations Management System ensuring integration vertically and horizontally across functional stakeholders, airplane programs and supply chain
- Establish and maintain operating rhythm including architecture, facilitation, and weekly visibility
- Integrate between functional support teams and Integrated Product Teams to support various initiatives
- Develops reports, presentations, and communications for senior leadership
- Coordinate and support leadership team with internal and external engagements
- Periodic reviews of the management system to ensure it effectively meets the needs of the business. Proactively anticipate evolving needs / changes in the business and identify areas for improvement, gather feedback from users, and implement updates and enhancements as needed. Ensure management system processes are documented & updates as needed
- Assists in the interface with the executive team and the Business Operations network to keep both apprised of key issues, actions and upcoming events
- Networks with other MIS Business Operation Specialists across the enterprise to share best practices
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years relevant experience with Program Management Best Practices
- 3+ years leading integration across cross-functional stakeholders
- 3+ years of experience preparing and presenting executive level briefings
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree in business, General Management, or a related field; advanced degree (MS, MBA)
- Familiarity with Boeing processes, standards, and site governance
- Experience developing and integrating strategic projects, plans, and initiatives to meet business goals
- Experience working across multiple programs and/or functions in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working on airplane programs, in a manufacturing environment and/or supporting the production system
