Remote USA Opportunity

Quadient is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to support Order-to-Cash processes and lifecycle management for assigned business solutions. This role ensures smooth account, order, and contract operations, while collaborating with internal teams to maintain accurate workflows and meet service expectations.

  • Manage setup, tracking, and renewal of customer/partner accounts and orders.
  • Process upsell/down sell activities to ensure uninterrupted service and accurate billing.
  • Test and validate business support contracts and subscriptions.
  • Identify and resolve transactional errors and process gaps.
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting tools for contract performance and audits.
  • Support product launches, business reviews, and lifecycle changes.
  • Execute standardized ERP and system procedures aligned with data standards.
  • Assist with billing, contract entry, and order processing tasks.
  • Contribute to special projects and recommend process improvements.

Your profile

  • High school diploma required; associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience in order management or business operations.
  • Proficient in data entry and cloud-based business platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Salesforce or SAP is a plus.

This position has an hourly pay range of:

$24.09-$36.11
