The Business Operations Project Manager will support Natilus senior leadership by taking ownership of multiple business tasks across customers, investors, suppliers, marketing and internal administration. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable operating across many functions, following up with external stakeholders, coordinating internal action items, preparing materials, and driving projects to completion without needing constant direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives, special projects, and company-wide priorities.
  • Take ownership of projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders remain aligned.
  • Coordinate activities across customers, investors, suppliers, partners, and internal teams to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Manage project timelines, action items, follow-ups, and reporting for key business initiatives.
  • Support customer engagement efforts, including meeting coordination, presentations, proposals, and partnership activities.
  • Assist with investor communications, board materials, fundraising support, and strategic business projects.
  • Coordinate supplier, vendor, and contract-related activities, working closely with legal, finance, and operational teams.
  • Support conferences, industry events, marketing initiatives, and company visibility efforts.
  • Prepare executive presentations, briefing materials, reports, and business updates.
  • Develop and maintain trackers, dashboards, and processes that improve visibility, accountability, and execution.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve cross-functional collaboration as the company scales.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Communications or related field.
  • 4+  years of experience in business operations, executive operations, startup operations, or a related role.
  • Previous work experience in a startup environment highly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage many parallel workstreams.
  • Excellent written communication skills; able to draft concise updates, emails, summaries, and briefing notes.
  • Comfortable working with senior executives, customers, investors, advisors, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and turn unclear requests into structured next steps.
  • High follow-through, ownership mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Strong judgment on when to act independently and when to escalate.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, task trackers, and CRM or pipeline tools.

Travel

Occasional domestic travel may be required for conferences, customer meeting, supplier visits or company events.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this position is $110,000 to $135,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, skills, and business needs.
