We’re Looking For:
The responsibility of the Business Operations Manager position is to develop and oversee internal operations and financial processes as well as to support Senior Leadership in every aspect of PAR’s business. The Business Operations Manager must be proficient in operational procedures and strategy and proven ability to lead multiple functional teams.
Reporting to the VP, PAR, this role will lead a fast-growing team delivering our commitment to meeting and exceeding the expectations of our business partners across the country.
You Will:
● Review, build, and implement assignment management procedures
● Develop operational knowledge and design processes for assigned operations. This includes reviewing and providing insight on all procedural manuals and any other process documentation.
● Identify issues as they arise, facilitate a solution, escalate as needed, and follow up to confirm resolution.
● Train, mentor and give direction to Subordinate Managers, Team Leads, and other team members responsible for assisting with assigned operations.
● Work with PAR’s leadership and IT Development team to recommend system enhancements that improve efficiency and client experience.
● Set and monitor KPIs for all areas of responsibility at both functional and individual levels.
● Work with Compliance on all client audits and Request for Proposals as requested.
● Represent PAR in meetings with clients and speak to factors impacting performance
● Cultivate, maintain, and monitor the relationship with the PAR’s clients and industry partners. This includes regular contact with client management as well as potential travel for meetings with clients or industry-related conferences.
● Keep Senior Leadership informed of potential problems, changes, or issues on a daily basis as well as weekly recap reports.
● Handle all personnel and HR duties relating to any team reporting up to position. This includes delivering employee reviews, Corrective Actions, and additional training as needed.
● Preside over weekly team meetings as well held by Senior Account Manager(s).
● Maintain daily and weekly reports per Senior Leadership request using Google Sheets.
● Utilize knowledge of multiple computer systems, such as PAR’s proprietary operating system, Google Workspace products, third-party vendor systems, and integration partner systems.
● Perform other duties as directed by PAR Senior Leadership.
Must Have’s:
● Minimum of five (5) years experience in repossessions, finance, remarketing or related field
● Minimum of five (5) years prior management experience
● Demonstrated ability to develop and document processes and build analytics to measure success
● Excellent organizational and communication skills. Must be able to communicate verbally clearly, effectively and in writing.
● Competent Google Workspace skills are required. Daily use of GMail, Sheets, and other Google Workspace products.
● Implement and assure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
● Demonstrate a commitment to stated values and business ethics.
● Exhibit professional excellence and consistently work as a teammate, supporting other members of the team.

Compensation Range of
Annual Salary: $100,000.00 - $105,000.00(Depending on experience, skill set, qualifications, and other relevant factors.)
