Role Summary:

Join Via Logic, where innovation drives impact! We are seeking a talented Business Operations Lead and Talent Analyst with approximately 3-5 years of experience to support our internal small business operations. This full-time W2 position plays a critical role in optimizing internal business processes, talent acquisition, and project coordination to help Via Logic grow and succeed.

You will be responsible for managing key business operations functions, ensuring effective coordination across teams, and driving talent recruitment and management initiatives. This is the perfect opportunity for a team member with strong organizational and communication skills, who excels in managing business processes, coordinating resources, and building an engaged and high-performing team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Business Operations Management: Oversee and manage internal business operations, ensuring efficiency in workflows, team communication, and project timelines. Collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Talent Recruitment & Management: Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing onboarding. Develop and maintain strategies for talent development and retention to support Via Logic's growth.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate internal projects, ensuring timely execution and effective team collaboration. Track resource utilization and project status, providing updates to leadership.
  • Opportunity Analyst: Evaluate new opportunities for Via Logic by conducting research, analyzing market trends, and preparing business proposals to support company initiatives.
  • Team Coordination & Event Management: Facilitate regular team meetings, support cross-team communication, and organize internal events, workshops, and training sessions to foster team engagement.
  • Resource & Asset Tracking: Maintain accurate tracking of internal resources, ensuring proper allocation and management of team assets such as technology, software, and equipment.

Your Required Skills and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business operations, talent recruiting, or project coordination, with a proven ability to manage internal operations and resources.
  • Skills:
    • Strong proficiency in business operations, talent acquisition, and team coordination.
    • Skilled in setting up and documenting small business workflows.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating across departments and engaging team members.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Preferred: Experience in talent management and internal project coordination, familiarity with agile methodologies, and prior experience in a fast-paced business environment.
