As a Business Operations Analyst at Tenstorrent, you’ll be the connective tissue between data and decision-making. This role is all about driving clarity—transforming revenue, customer, and product signals into sharp insights that accelerate the business. It’s a hands-on, high-impact position ideal for someone who thrives on solving ambiguity with structure.

This role is hybrid or remote, based out of Toronto, ON, Austin, TX, Santa Clara, CA.

Who You Are

  • Analytical thinker with experience in business analytics, finance, or strategy roles within the technology industry.
  • Skilled at deploying AI and LLM agents to automate end-to-end data analysis and build intelligent analytics pipelines—an AI automation engineer.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity with a bias for action and strong prioritization.
  • Skilled communicator who can turn raw data into crisp narratives for senior leaders.

What We Need

  • Build a unified revenue dataset across Salesforce, SAP, and product usage systems; deliver weekly forecasts and insights.
  • Track delivery milestones with Finance and Engineering to ensure timely, accurate revenue recognition.
  • Analyze CSAT, NPS, and support metrics with CX teams to uncover actionable insights.
  • Deliver automation, dashboards, and data-backed recommendations to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
