About This Role:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team at CrowdStrike. This role will involve analyzing business processes, documenting requirements, and supporting data-driven decision making across the organization.
Preference for candidates located in Eastern or Central time zones.
What You'll Do:
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
Create and maintain process documentation in JIRA and Confluence
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using JIRA, Confluence and Tableau
Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
Support Quality and Resilience initiatives through data monitoring, process improvement, and risk mitigation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
Ability to translate business needs into processes and/or technical requirements
Demonstrated working knowledge of JIRA for project tracking and management
Proficiency with Tableau for data visualization and reporting
Experience with Confluence for documentation and knowledge management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with Data Science Team(s)
Bonus Points:
Knowledge of HTML for basic web content management
Located in Eastern or Central time zone
Experience in cybersecurity industry
Advanced certification in business analysis or data analytics
Experience with agile methodologies

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
