What You'll Bring:

2–4 years’ experience in a Sales or Operational analyst role with strong analytic and quantitative skills to perform ad-hoc analysis, determine trends, recognize abnormalities in the business, identify potential gaps in process related to Quality, CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) or identify Automation Opportunities.  The successful candidate will be able to lead small projects as well as assist with larger level Project Management responsibilities (aid the main Project Leader), by documenting tasks, actions items, creating Project Charter’s and other items as needed related to Project Mgmt. Assist and/or create training materials/user guides (internal facing) to aid in Agent Training or Program/Project Management. Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact with all levels at TransUnion.

This is a remote position for candidates in Costa Rica, which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.

Expectations in the first 90 days, you will become immersed into the operations of the TransUnion Illuminate Organization, focusing on smaller level project mgmt. deliverables and learning internal programs and processes.
Beyond 90 days, you will assist and potentially lead projects based on analysis to drive improvements with existing projects/programs.  You may be tasked with various project mgmt. responsibilities, process documentation, process analysis as well as assist in the creation of presentation materials for senior leadership.
In this role you will be responsible for providing critical business intelligence and completing action items for the team.  The ability to learn new things quickly and present data cohesively is the key to success in this role.

1. Perform high level analysis and research on TU processes and analyze data to identify trends and business opportunities.
2. Analyze data, generate reports, present findings, coordinate projects and collaborate with peers and business partners to understand trends and business issues and provide information and solutions.
3. Collaborate across functions and perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to solve operational and strategic business problems.
