We are seeking an experienced and highly independent Business Manager to support the establishment, growth, and day-to-day management of operations in Nigeria. The role requires a strong operator who can work across commercial, customer, technical, and operational functions, translate business priorities into executable plans, and take ownership of initiatives from start to finish. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong ownership, initiative, adaptability, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to deliver results with limited supervision in an evolving business environment. Responsibilities - Support the establishment and day-to-day running of the company’s Nigerian operations. - Coordinate activities across commercial, customer, technical, and operational functions to ensure effective execution. - Translate strategic and business priorities into clear, actionable plans. Ensure agreed business deliverables are completed. - Support and manage relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and other key stakeholders. Monitor operational and commercial activities. - Provide management with clear updates on progress, risks, challenges, and opportunities. Develop and document internal business processes. - Continuously improve internal processes as the business grows. - Take ownership of business priorities and assignments from initiation through completion. - Identify operational gaps and recommend practical improvements. - Implement improvements that increase operational efficiency and service delivery. - Support cross-functional projects. Support new business initiatives. - Operate effectively in a fast-moving environment where responsibilities and processes may evolve as the organization scales. Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience. - Demonstrated experience in business operations, business management, project coordination, or a related function. - Strong ability to coordinate multiple business functions. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. - Demonstrated ability to independently own projects or business initiatives from planning through execution. - Strong analytical skills, Strong problem-solving abilities. - Excellent written communication skills.
