As a Business Management Trainee, you will engage customers directly, coordinate promotional campaigns, and develop marketing strategies to increase sales.

Because of our proven success and expertise, we continue to obtain new clientele as we dramatically increase our clients' product exposure, sales, and brand recognition. We are in need of Business Management Trainees who are comfortable engaging directly with customers to market client products and increase sales.
Responsibilities as a Business Management Trainee include:
- Communicate directly with customers at on-site marketing campaigns to promote products, provide service support, and establish proper channels of information and communication, and increase sales.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns to identify new customers and clients.
- Identify key service attributes, deliver in-depth service knowledge to customers, and educate customers on the benefits of each service option to encourage sales and new subscriptions.
- Develop marketing strategies and sales techniques for our client’s on-site sales & marketing campaigns.
Qualifications for a Successful Business Management Trainee:
- A high school diploma or equivalency is required
- An Associate's degree or two-year program certification is encouraged
- Previous knowledge of customer service, sales, business, management, or leadership is encouraged
- Ability to properly communicate the benefits and elements of client services during sales, given the proper training
- Friendly and professional demeanor when working with customers, management, and other Business Management Trainees
- Reliability in time management to follow training schedules and achieve planned goals for marketing, product visibility, sales, and customer service
