This role is designed for people who want broad exposure to how a growing business is built. Depending on your strengths, interests, and business needs, you may work across one or more of the following areas.

What You’ll Work On
 
Growth & Product
  • Explore new growth opportunities, business development initiatives, partnerships, and new market opportunities
  • Participate in the design, testing, and iteration of new products, programs, and business ideas
  • Work across teams to identify new ways to improve customer experience, enrollment growth, and overall business performance
People & Talent
  • Help build and continuously improve recruiting, onboarding, training, and talent development systems
  • Support the development of scalable training programs and team growth initiatives
  • Work closely with frontline and management teams to identify organizational needs and improve team effectiveness
Business Expansion & Operations
  • Support regional operations and help connect frontline centers with the central team
  • Spend time in learning centers to understand real customer, student, and operational needs, and help turn frontline insights into business improvements
  • Participate in new market expansion, including exploring new areas, supporting new center launches, and helping build repeatable operating systems
