The Role:

As a Business Intelligence Manager on our Strategy and Operations team, you'll be instrumental in managing our CRM systems, analyzing & visualizing large data sets, ensuring high data integrity across internal systems, and providing reporting & operational support to enhance our team's performance.


What You’ll Do:

  • Administer and optimize our CRM systems, (today we use HubSpot) 

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for weekly performance analysis & ad-hoc asks

  • Monitor and cleanse data sets to ensure accuracy and integrity across internal systems

  • Partner with sales to build and manage forecast reports

  • Project future results and identify needed re-allocations of resources to meet business goals

  • Build and maintain automations to boost team productivity 

This job is for you if: 

  • You have 3+ years of experience in a sales operations or go-to-market role, preferably working at an early-stage direct-to-consumer start-up 

  • You have 2+ years of experience with PostgreSQL or BigQuery

  • You have strong analytical skills and high attention to detail

  • You have certification / mastery of advanced features within Hubspot

  • You have experience in managing large volumes of data, including migration and cleansing

  • You have mastery of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Sheets / Tableau / Looker / Preset, etc)

  • You have a process-oriented mindset with a passion for efficiency and standardization

  • You learn quickly through experimentation

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

  • You can effectively collaborate with others across multiple teams

Bonus points if: 

  • You also have Salesforce certification or experience

  • You have experience with automation tools like Zapier or Make

  • You’ve worked in education or healthcare

Interview Process:

Step 1: Intro Call with Business Lead

Step 2: Take-home assignment

Step 3: Virtual panel interview

Step 4: Onsite interview at office in NYC

Compensation:

$120-140k / 0.02 - 0.04% + a comprehensive benefits package

Compensation for this role will fall within the pay range listed and will be determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications as well as interview evaluation. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
