The Business Intelligence Engineer 2 will report to the Lead/AD. The Business Intelligence Engineer 2 on the MarketPoint Sales Reporting team collects, integrates, analyzes, and presents the sales organization's raw data. This data is presented in aesthetically-pleasing reports and dashboards in order to create insightful and actionable business information. Interacts with sales and operations leaders on a regular basis. Obtains feedback and requirements from customers and turns them into complex, dynamic, and aesthetically pleasing reports and dashboards in Power BI.

Typical Responsibilities include:

  • Develops customized, dynamic, and aesthetically pleasing on-line reports and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI
  • Creates, designs, and customizes data visualizations, including charts, tables, and report layouts
  • Work directly with market and channel leaders and their teams, helping them leverage data and technology to maximize business impact
  • Analyzes a wide variety of sales data to derive insights
  • Write queries to pull/summarize/analyze data from various data sets and platforms

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI
  • In-depth experience in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivots, charts, graphs, etc.
  • 2+ years of experience in SQL, SAS or other data systems
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis

Preferred Qualifications

  • ·Experience with data mining and predictive modeling techniques
  • ·Ability to use data to drive business outcomes and decisions

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$66,800 - $91,100 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
